How old do you have to be to reserve a room?
The reservation holder must be at least 25 years old and must stay for the entire duration of the booking.

Is The Beach House a hotel?
The Beach House consists of individual units that operate similar to an Airbnb . It is independent of our neighboring hotels.

What comes with the room?
Each Villa can host 12 people comfortably and features 3 large bedrooms, (2 Queen Beds, 2 Full Beds, & Bunk-Bed with Trundle) a cozy living room space (with a full-size sleeper), modern kitchen with cooktop, and a grand bathroom featuring a 10-foot high rain-shower.

What "essentials" are included with the room?
We provide a starter set of linens for each bed, including sheets and a comforter. Each guest will receive one towel. Additional linens or towels are not supplied during your stay, so please bring or purchase extras if needed. Hand soap and hand towels are available, but you will need to bring your own shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary pots and pans.

How do I check-in?
Check in time is 4 p.m. Guests will be sent a registration form to fill out online prior to their arrival. Identification (drivers license), credit card information and payment must be processed in order to receive room number and access code. Guests who do not complete the digital registration will not receive access codes or entry to their room.

Can I check in early?
Check-in time is 4 p.m. However, if your room is ready before then, you will receive an early access code indicating that your room is available for check-in.

How do I check out?
Check-out time is 10 a.m. Access codes and parking passes will be voided after check-out on your departure date. Please leave your parking passes in the room when you depart.

Does the reservation include beach tags?
Each reservation at The Beach House includes six beach tags. Beach tags are required for anyone over the age of 12 to access the beach.

Is there a front desk?
The Beach House operates entirely virtually and does not have a front desk. For assistance, please call us at (215) 440-6611 or email us at beachhouse08226@gmail.com.

Is there parking?
We offer convenient paid parking directly behind your unit at The Beach House. If purchased, access is through the lot just past The Atlantic Motel on 8th St. A parking pass is required for all vehicles to avoid towing or ticketing. For guests with a second car, additional parking is available at 800-820 Central Ave for $20 per night. Please ensure you park at the "TARGET PARK" signage to avoid tickets from the Ocean City Police.

Who do I contact during my stay if I have any questions?
We encourage guests to communicate all questions and concerns via text message. A live host will be on standby to provide you with any assistance you may need during your stay. You will receive a message upon arrival with check in instructions and other useful information.

What about the pool?
Guests have access to the pool at our sister hotel, The Forum, right across the street. Pool hours are from 9am to 8pm

What is within walking distance? The Beach House is just one block away from the beach and boardwalk; only a few blocks away from Ocean City’s downtown shopping and restaurant district on Asbury Avenue; and a 5 minute car ride (20 min bike) over the bridge for drinks at some local bars in Somers Point.
